Impact Whey Protein 2020 Review

Hello all, First of all thank you for coming back again. Today we are going to talk about the benefits if any of Whey Protein Powder. Not all protein powders are of the same quality and they don’t all have the same ingredients either, Some are suitable for vegetarians, Coeliacs (so are gluten free) some can be used if you are a vegan. Some taste positively awful, some contain lactose.

    Is a protein powder That you can add to water or milk, Adding it to milk makes a delicious shake for you to drink. It comes in over 40 different flavors, Strawberry, Strawberry and Cream, Chocolate, Vanilla , Apple Crumble and Custard, Banoffee Pie. And plain to name a few. My favourite is the strawberry flavour.     What is it used for

    The purpose of the shake is to boost the amount of protein in your diet without having to eat more foods rich in protein such as fish, eggs or chicken. These foods are often eaten by body builders, boxers and athletes in order to add muscle mass, along with using a protein powder.

    You don’t need to be a pro to use this product, it can be taken by anyone who is looking to lose weight or looking to gain muscle and have more protein in their diet. Often used by runners, joggers and people who work out at home.

    Who is Whey Protein Powder For

    It is for you If, you are looking for more protein in your diet or you want to gain muscle mass In a safe and hasty manner .

    It can also help you to increase your strength.

    Not only that but, by drinking it on a regular basis you will have fewer food cravings and you will feel fuller for longer, in turn this can help you to lose weight in a safe way.

    You don’t need to be an athlete or a body builder to use it. Anybody can use it and get benefits from it. I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome and i don’t get any adverse effects from using this product.

    How To Take It

    The recommended amount you should have is 25 to 50 grams a day on a work out day. 50 grams would be made up of 2 shakes, drink one before the work out and the other as soon as possible after because it works more effectively that way.

    You can purchase it in 4 different convenient sizes, 250 g, 1kg,  2.5kg and 5 kg. 

    My Final Thoughts

    Even if you just want an effective way to lose weight and not add any muscle mass this will work for you.

    Just because a product costs a lot of money doesn’t mean it works better than a cheaper alternative.

    When using This product please remember it will not produce muscles overnight, if you work out consistently and eat properly it will produce the desired results. It is a great way to get more protein into your diet with out eating more food.

    It works if you follow the directions properly. 

    People who have purchased this give it very high reviews and come back to purchase it again and again. That speaks volumes to me. 


    VERDICT: I have personally been using it for the past 9 months, the strawberry flavour is my personal favourite because it tastes great , I’ve lost some weight as well as obtaining definition to my muscles.

    1. As someone who has always had a problem gaining weight do you think this product could help me? I feel like I have to fast of a metabolism and I burn up all the calories I take in. If I cant gain weight, I can’t make it into muscle. It says it can also be used to lose weight too which I don’t want. Really i’m wondering if Whey Protein could be used by a skinny guy who can eat junk food all day and still not gain a pound? Maybe I would have to mix more into my shake.

      • That is actually a very great question. My son in law is a really skinny guy who eats like a horse and never gains weight. He uses this product and it does aid you to gain weight and muscle. 

        So yes is the answer to your question.

Nice review of whey protein, I’ve always relied on whey to help me in my workouts as a safe and consistent protein source.  I have recently switched to plant-based for personal reasons, though so I am no longer taking whey, but it definitely is a great source of protein for anyone else who is looking and not plant-based like me.

        Plant based are recommended for people who have certain medical conditions, including lactose intolerance.

I have always wondered about the benefits of Whey Protein – I’ve seen it on the shelf but haven’t taken much time to explore until I saw your post.  I am pushing my Seventies (age not weight) and do not seem to be getting enough protein in my diet.  Meat (hamburgers and etc.) are not be helping since I seem to keep gaining weight.  Would Whey protein be a good choice for someone of my age and is there any specific brand of that you would recommend that I try?

      • Whey powder benefits people of all ages because it can help you put on weight by giving you extra protein to aid in the building of muscle and also it can help you to lose weight by making you feel fuller for longer.

        It is an all natural product. 

        I would not recommend one for you simply because I am not a doctor and it would depend on if you had any allergies as it contains Lactose.

    5. This sounds like a great product, is there an age to start using protein supplement? For 12 years old it could be too early maybe? And for him, it will be best used in porridge because he loves porridge.

      I can see that it comes in different flavors, does it keep the same efficiency? Because some products become less effective when they are mixed with other flavors.

      • The Flavors of it don’t change the efficiency of it in anyway. A 12 year old would usually get enough protein from the food they eat. If they didn’t this would not do him any harm.

    6. It’s my first time reading about this product (Whey Protein). It’s like this is a good product for body builders and athletes. Some people ared not body builder or athletes, they just want to look fit and have a nice body. Based on your review, I feel like this product will help them somewhat. 

      But it sounds like another way of taking steroid – maybe more natural than steroid.

      Anyway, I would like to try it and see how well it works.

      • Thank you for your comments. To be honest you don’t have to be an athlete or a bodybuilder to use it. It can be very beneficial if you just work out at home. I’m in my 50s and I don’t go to the gym anymore. It isn’t anything like a steroid as it is all natural.
